I care most about the whole and simple gospel, marriage and motherhood, evidence-based and holistic healthcare, and the practice of gratitude.

I'm also into skincare, slow fashion, books, politics, pro basketball, and houseplants. I drink iced coffee every morning. I'm 5'2".

I recently gave up Instagram after ten sweet years; #getaftergrateful was one of my favorite parts about that space. I started the hashtag to help myself and others be more tenacious about thankfulness, and it’s truly changed the way I see the world.
