The other day, I caught them all making silly faces with each other at the table. He leaned over to kiss them on the heads, and it took my breath away. It was so natural. Last night, he literally rocked Honor Rose back to sleep after he heard her fussing through his bedroom wall. They’ve put him through a lot over the last year, but he’s passed the test with flying colors. He might just turn out to be their first love, and I’m totally fine with that. At least I know he’ll never break their hearts!
