Just a quick announcement. As you can probably tell, I’ve had less time to blog lately (imagine that). In addition, I’ve noticed myself getting increasingly exhausted, even annoyed at times, at the amount of social media networking I do. I’m not good at it. I’m not keeping up with it all. Time to scale things back! As much as I hate to lose the ability to connect with people and get my blog out there, I’ve had to make some changes…
I’m no longer writing for Modern Parent. They’ve got a great thing going, and I wish them the best! I’ve got two articles left with them, one of which just posted. Check it out and show them some love!
Effective immediately, my Twitter feed will be just that – a Twitter feed. You will not be able to read my sometimes-obnoxious, ever-present ramblings on Facebook anymore. Go ahead, join Twitter!
I’m also considering getting rid of the blog’s Facebook page. Heck, I’ve considered deleting my personal page. I don’t know. Sometimes, it just feels like too much, ya know?

you’ve gotta do what allows you to still give your BEST to the Lord, your job, your kids, your hubs, etc.
sometimes it means cutting on back on stuff we LIKE to be fully present in the things we LOVE and are called to.

I completely understand what you mean. Although I next to never use twitter, so I will miss your “ever-present ramblings” on facebook. They crack me up! I check your blog a few times a week for new posts, but I will go ahead and subscribe just to be safe :-) Sometimes if I forget for a little while and there are several posts to catch up on…I’m not gonna lie, I get giddy about having several to read!
