In honor of my first few weeks of breastfeeding the sisters, I want to celebrate one company that has made it much easier! Motherlove Herbal Company was kind enough to send me a sampling of products shortly before the twins were born.
The birth & baby oil smells divine… we’ve been using it on the girls, on their sweet heads. The green salve comes in handy when you’re raising a house full of boys – perfect for scrapes, burns, & bites! I carry it around the house with me. It’s never more than an arm’s reach away. For the first week (think of words like “raw” & “bird beaks”), I applied a dallop after each nursing session. Then I’d sit topless for a few heavenly minutes while someone else burped & changed the babies. It was like a mini-spa treatment, every three hours.

My baby struggled with the worst diaper rash and we tried every product ever. The only thing that worked is the motherlove thrush and diaper rash cream. A miracle! A bit pricey for every diaper change but my babies bottom is happy so it’s worth whatever it takes. Just had to share!
I am due with my first in a month and I would LOVE to have the sitz bath on hand!
